Disruptivity
A way to think when everything is changing at once.
I am building Disruptivity because technology does not move in neat categories. AI meets robotics, new materials meet new business models, and one shift changes the conditions for another.
Why it exists
Disruptivity brings research, scenarios and strategy into one place so leaders can examine how multiple forces may interact—and what those interactions could mean for their business.
What exists now
The work begins with research and tangible scenarios: ways to connect large external shifts to specific industries, assumptions and strategic questions.
Where it is heading
The longer-term ambition is to help organisations simulate decisions before acting. Current work and future possibilities will always be distinguished clearly.
Disruptivity Times
Speculative stories set five years ahead turn abstract scenarios into something people can discuss. They are glimpses of plausible tomorrows—not current news or predictions.

Tell me a little about Disruptivity. We can start with the question, then decide what a useful next step looks like.
