About me

My name is Christopher Lyrhem and I regard myself as a so-called disruptive analyst. I do this because I'm obsessed with how society constantly transforms itself over time. Everything is always in some kind of disruption, where something new replaces the gold. Also, my drive is always to distill prospective futures in as original and novel package as possible. Ergo, disruptive analyst.

Born and raised in Gothenburg. Then 14 years at SEB and 1 year at Sircular, all in Stockholm. Currently I'm off to new endeavors, incl. Disruptivity Times (the world's first newspaper from the future), his upcoming book General Theory of Disruptivity, building a research company (called Disruptivity), and becoming a Venture Partner at a new Nordic VC fund. 

After having researched a wide spectrum of sectors, companies, and people - you learn a lot in how things change and what really moves people. You learn what causes both growth and stagnation.

 

I have packaged all my learnings from the past, and theses about the future, and placed it in a engaging and thought-provoking presentation (according of myself at least). My mission is to ignite people's inner flame of wanting to change the world.

Explaining how market places and society have constantly been disrupted over the past 300 years is a powerful thing. However, in order to really cut to the core and ignite the inner flame in people, you need to make things a lot more tangible. You need to exemplify how an audience's specific industry have transformed in the past, and could transform going forward.

My session combines business logic, technological understanding, visualization of the future, and explorative queries. It aims to instill the realization that disruptivity is inevitable, no matter the market place.
